Villa Delfini 3 is the third of the luxury Delfinia Villas in Kalamaki at the southcoast. Wonderfull seaview, Sunsets and relaxation pure every day in your holiday.
The Villa is situated in Kalamaki, a small Village in the south of Crete, at the libyan sea Bay of Messara.
The Smart-Home Villa ist available for until 4 persons, first foor a large full equipped kitchen and livingarea invites you for the every day wonderfull sunset at the mediteranian sea. A staircaise leads downstairs to the daylight bathroom offers shower, bidet, toilett and a double sink. Two bedrooms, doublebeds, closets , A/C, Sat-TV, give you a cosy comfortable sleep and leads you out onto the very nice poolarea, with shower and sunbeds. Enjoy the beautyful view over the hinterland, Kalamaki and the glimmering sea.
Luxury villa on the dune to Kalamaki - South coast Crete in the Bay of Messara in direct proximity to the beach, the third holiday house was built by Nikos Tsafantakis. The Designervilla, like its siblings' houses, is functionally designed and makes your holiday a unique experience in luxury and harmony in the immediate vicinity of the sea.

The occupancy is 2-6 guests and 4 days minimum stay. Base rate is for 2 guests and then each additional person (up to max occupancy of 6) is charged an extra 50€ per person per night. Basic cleaning is every 3rd/4th day, included in the price. Other cleaning schedules can be arranged on request, without additional fees. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

In the price are all utilities are included such as:

- The use and provision of mosquito screen in front of windows and beds, fans,
- Baby Toddler Cots, high chair, hair dryer, linens, dishes, all towels and bath towels,
- Washing machines, Dryer and dishwashers use, powder or tabs are in the houses.
- You will find for easy start in your holiday some spices, toilet paper, a welcomebasket
- The final cleaning fee 100, - € is included.

Unless otherwise arranged, houses are available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and need to be vacated at 10.00am at the latest on the day of departure.
