The view sweeps over the sea, Pitsidia, and the mountains of Crete. Here you will experience the mysticism (the essence of things, the essence of life = Ousia) of Crete at a glance!
Built in 2024, Villa Ousia, with its very special choice of building materials (Kourasanit plaster), unique in our region, extends over 150µ² of living space with designer furniture made of IROKO wood, on a 2000µ² plot.
The 16m x 3.5m infinity pool with steps and bench, swimming in the scenery! You'll never want to leave!

The price includes all utilities such as:
- 24% VAT, electricity, water, sewage, garbage collection, air conditioning, heating, and wood-burning stove
- Wi-Fi internet access in the outdoor/living room area, hi-fi system
- International satellite TV, flat-screen in every bedroom and a large flat-screen in the living room!

- All linens: 4 pillows of varying firmness and materials for each bed,

- 2 en-suite bathrooms, rain shower + handheld showerhead, one eggshel Bathtub, beds without footrests, 2 hairdryers, 2 sizes of towels, pool/beach towels, for more luggage space
- Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, powder or tabs are in the house.
- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, blender, and various coffee machines.
- To get your vacation off to a good start, you'll find some spices, salt, pepper, olive oil, toilet paper, and water for the first day.

Villa Ousia is available for occupancy from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed, and departure should be by 10:00 AM.
